What is this?
Screening with Filmmaker Rebecca Fasanello: Viola Hippert grew up a child of Serbian immigrants in the shadow of the Bethlehem Steel plant in Lackawanna, New York. Her family’s strong work ethic laid the groundwork for “Vi” to become a Rosie the Riveter at Bell Aircraft Corporation during WWII. Now in her late 90s, Vi reflects on her life.
