About this event
We are delighted to be co-presenting a version of a program we hosted in March of 2025 as part of our exhibition,
What We Inherit
.
This time around
Objects and Stories
is inspired by the AGH show
Made in Hamilton: The Glen Faulman Collection
. This afternoon workshop is an opportunity for participants to bring an object that was made in Hamilton and that tells a story about work, craft, or creativity to share with an intimate group. It could be a tool, photograph, handmade item, uniform, sketchbook, family heirloom, or another meaningful item connected to your work or creative practice. The options are truly endless!
Together, we’ll celebrate the people, industries and labour that have helped shape Hamilton’s identity. With participants’ permission, both the objects and their accompanying stories will be photographed and documented to be featured in the remainder of the
Made in Hamilton
exhibition, which closes on January 3, 2027.
This event is FREE and open to all.
