Join us for an inspiring event dedicated to honoring the rich history and significant contributions of Irish immigrants in the labor movement. The event will feature a compelling 40-minute talk by Baltimore historian Bill Barry and author Davitt McAteer, who will illuminate the pivotal roles Irish men and women played in shaping labor rights and advocating for fair working conditions. After the presentation, take part in a guided museum tour where special guests will share stories of contributions of Irish women to the labor movement.
