West Virginia Mine Wars Museum executive director Mackenzie New-Walker and creative director Shaun Slifer will discuss how the museum was built from the grassroots, how artifacts are acquired and the museum's growing community work in today's coalfields to develop public monuments celebrating this landmark period in American labor history.
