“Baristas vs Billionaires” Hits DC Film Festival as Early Bird Tickets Go on Sale

Baristas vs Billionaires, the award-winning documentary about Starbucks workers’ struggle to organize a union, has been selected for the for the 40th annual Washington, DC International Film Festival. The film – which won this year’s Labor Oscar from LHF – will screen on April 18th at 9:00 PM and April 19th at 3:00 PM at the Regal Gallery Place in Washington DC.

Filmmaker Mark Mori will be joined by Bob Judson and Dennis L.A. White for post-screening Q&As, moderated by the Labor Heritage Foundation’s Chris Garlock.

Discounted “early bird” tickets are on sale between April 3rd and 5th, and are expected to sell out quickly. Tickets can be purchased through the DC International Film Festival’s website; use the code EARLYBIRD at checkout to receive the discount.
